04 — FAQ

FAQ

7 ITEMS
Q.01 Do shops need to install an app?
No. A QR poster on display and a smartphone check-in by the visitor is all you need. If shop staff want to verify check-ins manually, they can sign in to staff.ttkit.jp from a browser.
Q.02 Are there safeguards against fraudulent check-ins?
+
Three layers of guards can be combined: QR code expiry, location verification and minimum interval between consecutive check-ins from the same account. Custom rules can also be added via API.
Q.03 I want users to join without sign-up.
+
Switch to guest mode and an anonymous ID is issued in the browser's local storage — no email needed. Contact details can be requested only when the gift is delivered, supporting progressive data collection.
Q.04 Can it integrate with our existing point system?
+
Check-in events can be forwarded to external services via webhooks. We have integration experience with Rakuten Points, LINE Points, and local-currency systems run by municipalities. Talk to our support team for details.
Q.05 Are there participant limits?
+
The Free plan supports up to 10 people; the Pro plan supports thousands. For large-scale events, we offer an Enterprise plan.
Q.06 Can I run it as a limited-time event?
+
Set arbitrary start and end dates. Check-ins outside the period are automatically invalidated. Time-of-day restrictions (weekends only, after 18:00, etc.) are also supported.
Q.07 What participant data can I retrieve?
+
Check-in timestamps, spots, user IDs and gift logs can be exported as CSV/JSON. Personal data fields are optional. We provide an operations guide aligned with GDPR and Japan's APPI.

「We use it for a community event called "Festival of Factories" — to give people a reason to drop by the workshops. As long as you have a smartphone, anyone can join. Honestly, it's super easy.」
